The powder granules is fluidized in loop state inside the container, would be pre-heated and mixed by purified air, and then atomized and sprayed the adhesive solution into container, the particle or powder would become the granule with even adhesives. The hot air would dry the stuff continuously, evaporate the moisture, the process repeats again & again till the the ideal, uniform porous pellet is formed.

 

 -Granulate from powder, fluidity is improved, the dust is reduced, and further more, the solving property is improved a lot.

-Mixing, granulating and drying is completed in one step inside the machine.

-Antistatic filter bag is mounted to ensure the safe operation.

-There is pressure releasing hole with the machine to prevend any damage to personnel.

-No dead corner inside the container, fast charging and discharging, easying cleaning to meet GMP standard.
